Cash only, atm inside. Fee is only 2$. I tried the roast beef sandwich with motzarella and gravy. It was huge and so filling, their fresh mozzarella makes the sandwich.

Ordered: Thursday Special (~$20): Roast Beef with Brown Gravy & Fresh Mozzarella with sweet and hot peppers (+$2) Aya's take: My first time at Fiore's and we happen to stop by on a Thursday - lucky us! We got the Thursday Special; it was prepared pretty quickly and we were on our way. The mozzarella is made fresh daily and we got to try some while waiting for our sandwich to be made. The sandwich itself is massive and will definitely fill you up. The roast beef tasted fresh although lacked flavor and the mozzarella was light yet dense. The brown gravy soaks up in the bread making it very soggy - even within minutes of the sandwich being ready. Although it's a loaded sandwich, considering it lacked overall taste, I found myself get tired of eating it. The sweet and hot peppers absolutely helped with that. Good try and if I find myself back here, I'd definitely try something else with that fresh mozzarella.

Cash only old school Italian deli standard serving subs since the dawn of time. Their speciality is the roast beef and mutz and it's out of this world. Their subs are $9.50 for half (10 inches) and $19 for a whole (20 inches). Good value. Call in the order ahead to skip the line. Monday: Virginia ham. Haven't had it. Tuesday: Corned beef: Haven't had it. Wednesday: Sausage. Excellent. Thursday: Roast beef and mutz. Juicy and delicious beef and marshmallowy soft mutz. A bit inconsistent. Friday: American or Italian tuna salad. Italian was good not great. Saturday: Roast beef and mutz. Sunday: closed

I'm from Philly, and I finally found a Hoboken sandwich shop that measures up- heard the good reviews of this place and they are true!! No menu & the crowd of people seemed intimidating, but the workers are all very nice and tell you the days specials, or offer suggestions on what to put on your sandwich. I got a chicken cutlet, mozz, basalmic and roasted red peppers and I definitely will be back here to try more! Only wish I got the full size instead of half so I could have left overs

One of the best Italian cold cut sandwiches you are going to eat on the East Coast wow o wow this is my this is my second time here in the beautiful city of Hoboken and let me tell you something about this sandwich. It doesn't disappoint the buffalo mozzarella cheese compliments does not over salty coke, cut, mortadella, capicola, and a beautiful buffalo mozzarella with a light salty aftertaste not like other places, where you just get a mouthful of salt and you taste all those harmful can't spell them ingredients highly recommended my son's favorite place mines too .... Roast beef all so was good You could get a hole or a half don't be cheap get the whole give it to a friend or eat the rest later on.

Let's get business out of the way: cash only and no menu, though they do have a special sandwich every day. Though they don't have a menu, I know what I like so it was pretty easy: chicken cutlet, nice thick slices of mozzarella - I didn't have to open my Sandwich to look for it! - roasted reds & SD tomatoes. The roasted reds were excellent; garlicy. Yum. Some of the best mozzarella I've had, though a bit on the salty side. My son & I split the large and it was more than enough; he got a soda & I got 4 Kaiser rolls and it came to about $20.00. Loved the guy behind the counter, sorry I didn't get his name though I'm sure he's been there 50 years :)

I had the roast beef, mozzarella, hot peppers, mayo, and a side of gravy. I must say it was delicious and perfect. The ambiance was nice and homey. A vendor suggested we visit and I had to try it for myself. I give it 5/5. There was a bit of line but it went pretty quickly. One last tip I dipped the sand which in the gravy it was bomb. I hope you enjoy it.

Fiore has a reputation as one of the best delis in Hoboken, and for good reason. The mutz is out of this world and the fresh bread is a perfect complement to it. My go-to is roast beef or an Italian...I don't think I've actually gotten anything else. Old school counter, old school ambiance, old school staff...just as it should be. Couple of notes -- the line will probably be long, but they move quickly in there, so don't be intimidated. Also, this isn't a traditional deli in the sense of getting what you might think is a fully loaded sandwich. Lettuce, tomato, onion? Nope, nope, and nope. Peppers? You bet. Drenched in an absurd amount of delicious garlic? Definitely. They are a must get, but you will be tasting them for DAYS. There actually is parking, which is a rarity in this part of Hoboken, so you can actually drive there without risking the double park. Oh, and cash only. Don't forget about that, no exceptions. They do have an ATM but chances are high if not guaranteed you'll be paying fees from both sides of the transaction.

I think I saw this place on a tv show and bookmarked it. While in NYC I made the decision to take a uber ride over here. It was well worth the trip. A small town deli with some of the best mozzarella I've ever had. I came on a Thursday. The server quickly gave us samples of the mozzarella to try. The sandwich of the day was the roast beef with mozzarella and gravy. Over a nice chewy bread. This was a wonderful way to start the day. Tons of customers going in and out constantly. First bite of the sandwich was wow! 2nd bite wow all the way to the last bite. If they had this where I lived, lines down the block! I need mozzarella like this all the time! Recommendation: Roast beef & gravy mozzarella sandwich
